Hi all

I have a client who has a Woocommerce website and they need it integrated with their ERP system.
The ERP provider will handle everything on that end, we just need someone who knows Woocommerce well and who can assist.
The current person who does it has emigrated to NZ and the time difference is not playing nice.

This is a good client which is why I am eager to find someone who can assist them.
I would normally poke around and see if I can figure out how to get it working for them but their website is a bit more than I am used to so I won't want to **** around at their expense.

I don't get involved with other people's clients, but I will tell you this: best to test with staging. The integration would have to be tested. The client would have to do it within a reasonable timeline. Any chance that the ERP has its own integration plugin, or is this custom?

Some make do with services like Zapier, Pabbly, etc.

In my opinion, unless the ERP provider has its own turnkey solution, stay with the person who knows the system and schedule times that are doable. Do the testing.

The ERP is Accumatica.

The ERP is Accumatica.

I have no experience with their ERP suite, but you could listen to their recommendations. Otherwise, a custom solution can also be pursued, though the lead time will be longer. I did have a look, and there are several connector plugins. My recommendation would be to do an inquiry with Acumatica. Your client may also have custom database records that wouldn't be pulled or synced. Do the scope, and don't rush it. I have seen and attended to enough disasters involving database synchronization and migrations.

A quick google shows there are a number of companies offering connectors for Accumatica and Woocommerce.
