Nice to know SA's not the only bunch losing famous people...
is it true that someone is arrested in connection with the murder?
Sarfraz Nawaz, who represented Pakistan until 1984, said before it was revealed how Woolmer died that the 58-year-old Englishman was probably the victim of a match- fixing plot.
According to Nawaz, Pakistan players agreed to lose to the West Indies in the tournament opener because they expected to beat Ireland four days later.
``Woolmer has been murdered by these people who seek to control the game,'' Nawaz said. ``It is still going on. I believe Woolmer found out about what went on in the West Indies and was about to reveal all.''
