Not really. If the gov added a section for businesses that enable remote working, would that not safely encompass the fringe cases being discussed here?

Pending on how well we have contained the contagion through applying the lockdown it would be a mess when it is discovered that a delivery became contaminated, seeing that this has happened overseas and with testing kits.
As long as good hygiene is practised at the e-tailers and couriers everything should be okay, but I see you still need to sign with most couriers and wearing gloves and masks doesn’t prevent contamination. Squirting and wiping something with alcohol, well, it needs a good rubbing and washdown to be preventative.
Yes, the economy needs to be operational.
