Wootware Shipping

I'm about to place my first order with Wootware. Which is the better shipping option to Johannesburg, Fastway or Fed Ex? In the order is a tower case, PSU and water cooler.

On wootware I've used FedEx and dawn wing. Both seem fine got all my stuff quick
