Evetech's after-sales is one of the worst in the business so avoid them like the plague. Woot is generally far better.

I wouldn't say they are shady, they just have (according to reports) crappy after sales service. If you don't need to return your items, you should be fine.

Wootware has been great to me with regards to after sales, but they do also require you to pay for shipping to them if you need to RMA after some amount of time.
 
UPDATE:
Heard back from Wootware today and apparently I had a dud of a 3700x - Died in 3 weeks which is worrying without doing anything strenuous to it.

Great support from them though. They're obviously swamped during this time, but swapped out my CPU for a new one and all seems fine now, fast-tracked my courier delivery so should have it back within the next few days. And then it's fingers crossed that this failure wasn't caused by something sinister like a dodgy mobo. Still not trusting the x570 tbh.

Nope, people have been waiting >1 month for components, and one guy has been waiting 2 / half years for a refund from them after he never got his PC, they are lank dodgy.
 
Anyone knows what is going on with their live chat? trying to contact them even via twitter but no response.
