worthwhile upgrading ios?

iPhone 4. i'm on ios 4.1, should I upgrade to 4.3. the reason i ask is because mine is jailbroken so i'm not sure how to upgrade to a jailbroken 4.3 without losing my data. Any major improvements?

You will lose any Cydia apps, but there are ways to backup Cydia apps such as Aptbackup from Cydia. And normal data can be backed up via iTunes backup facility.
