Experimental support for DX11 (enabled by passing '-d3d11' on the command line or adding SET gxApi "d3d11" to the Config.WTF file)
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/patchnotes/

Mine is running on DX11 and it does look awesome. I never noticed the snow blowing around K3 until recently. Framerates are also up since the last patch.

or the shorter version:
goto config.wtf
SET gxApi “d3d11″

I ran that on a 5850 over 3 screens and it spazzed out a little :) but very very purdy.

Works great for me and it improved my FPS.

DX11 also scales down for DX10 and 10.1 GFX cards (I have 4850), so if your card/OS is capable of DX10+, I recommend you give it a try. If it doesn't work for you, no harm done, just switch it back.

Oh didn't know that will give it a go tonight thanks. :D
