Hi all

Does anybody know of a place (online or in Pretoria) where a friend can buy WoW and the expansion packs up to TBC for as cheap as possible?

I see Incredible connection has WotLK for R99 which is pretty cheap me thinks, but the first 2 is only in a Battle chest no matter where I look and this is a bit pricey.

Thanks! :)

Things to consider:
1) Buy an account from somebody who has stopped playing
2) Buy an account from somebody who got a free copy of WoW, I was given one with SC2
3) Rift

Here is the EU version from Blizzard Store. It's works out to just over R150

You can also try MMOGamer

From June 2011, Blizzard has combined Vanilla and TBC. You can't buy them separately from them since then, and all Vanilla accounts where upgraded to TBC for free. The starter edition demo also contains TBC, and you can play Draenei and Blood Elf with it. Also, the upgrade add specifically says the purchasing the game gets you TBC as well.

I'm not sure if buying just a Vanilla serial and using it will give TBC as well. Considering that the Battlechest serial on MMOGamer is R149 and the vanilla serial is R139, I would play on the safe side and get the Battlechest. If you don't get TBC, you have to buy it separately from them, and that's R89.

Bought mine from them a couple of years ago, they were the cheapest then. No idea what the prices are like now but give them a try.

Expansions I got from musica, not because they were the cheapest but because no one else had stock. So try them as well.

Damn, my friend already bought it from Incredible Corruption...he didn't want to wait any longer :p

Thanks all.
