WoW Gold

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=23821#comments

as one of the comments there rightly point out, any of the epic engineering head pieces gives you the ability to see the mote clouds as nodes (same as mining and herbalism).

if you have a epic flapper, mining, engineering and this puppy then you can really coin it (nagrand (motes of air), zangarmarsh (motes of water?), netherstorm (motes of mana) and shadowmoon (motes of... SHADOW :p ))

On the weekends im up till 4am, my hunter racks up the motes (1 time I got 8 primals after 4 trips round (and round) Nagrand. Then went to Zangra and got 5 primal water :D)

Does this mean the glow you get from Veins indicate motes ?

I was wondering why some veins glow  :o

FWIW I started a new character on a different realm a few weeks ago, a hunter now at lvl44 just with skills of skinning and leatherworker, has a mount and 85g from doing quests and selling drops on AH.

Although I agree with the skinning, I dont see crafting skills being good for making gold until you've reached epic crafting recipe skills.

I bought a pair of blue high end boots for 15g off the AH, the mats it required were quite a few (including 20 thick clefthoof hides) - which I had skinned earlier and sold for 160g the same day.

If you're in it for the money, stick to gathering skills, but it IS a game - i'm LOVING crafting skills on my alt, i missed out on so much fun - but it chows my main's money.

FWIW as well, my 1st char had 1000g at lvl 39, 3000g at lvl 59 and 4900g at lvl 69... purely via my aforementioned methods.

It's in your best interest to be kind to others with various crafting skills (i.e. enchanting/BS/etc.) and help them out as much as possible, you'll find the stuff they can make for you in return (without asking for it) plus their company in quests is well worth it and saves you gold and time.

Hey

Example 1.

Greater planar essences going for 16g, I buy em all and resell for 28-30 bo.

Any enchanting stuff is great because there is no listing cost.

I buy and sell diamonds, buy raw, cut them and resell for huge profits.

Not sure about your realm, but Bringer of Death sells for around 40g when there is high supply.. I buy them and sell them for 300g when there are none on the AH.

Epic gems, buy, cut, resell.
Fel Lotus + Primal Mooncloth, make 28 slot herb bags and sell for 500-600g each, its around 200-300g profit depending on cost of the mats.

Felweed, there's always tons of it going around... so when its up for 5g a stack on the AH I will buy out every last bit of it and resell it for 15g.

Arcane crystals (5-20g), transmute into arcanite(25g) and make arcanite rods, sell those for 120g each.

Lots of easy ways.... problem is when people undercut you to a point where they are not even making a profit on the cost of the materials.

Been using Auctioneer for about a week. I’ve made approximately 200g and lost about 100 because I got too eager. Not too shabby thou. Still I make all my gold using badges to sell gems :P and the only thing I farm is buff food

Sunwell dailies and AH, if you get your timeing right you can get 2 runs of each Sunwell daily into each South African day :) That should net you +-200 gold, then send the BoE greens through to AH or DE them.

Thing is - its exactly like in real life ...

It's not how much you earn that makes you rich, its what you do with that money that counts.

I'm not saying ignore dailies - they're a GREAT source of income. But dont let it stop there. Use this capitol to make big buys etc. on the AH in order to ensure even greater returns.

i.e. buy heavy clefthoof leather for 80g a stack and resell them for 160g or buyout a range of the same item and relist it to re stabilize the economy price if it has dropped too low.

getting gold is easy. just see what i do .i get big discount now
