Wrong contract given

So

Monday I got a new contract with Telkom (first time customer). First thing I noticed, I had no data or minutes. So I waited tot he next day and still nothing.

So I phoned into the Call Centre and they tried to resolve the problem, next thing they tell me im on a FreeMe1GB when I specifically asked for a FreeMe2GB.

I then looked at my copy of the contract and it clearly states in 2 places that its the FreeMe2GB but some how, Telkom managed to stuff that up and activate me on the wrong one.

I got hold of the store manager, he now says that its going to take 21 days to resolve the problem.

Telkom, how does you team manage to not input the data correctly from the contract?
What if they put my ID in wrong? My ported number? The phone I was applying for?

This is completely unacceptable. I have a signed agreement that I will get the FreeMe2GB and have now only received the FreeMe1GB.

If this matter is not resolved in 21 days (they did not specify business day, so 21 normal days or 15 working days starting from yesterday), I will be taking this up with ICASA.

First time Telkom Mobile customer, contract is a whole 2 days old and I'm incredibly pissed.

Go to another store...

I know of someone who had similar problem and they went to another telkom store and problem was rectified and sorted out same day
