WTB a waterblock for my 4870

May i ask why you want to spend plenty money on a waterblock for that gpu?

Sell it add the money for the water block and buy a better card perhaps
 
If you want one, get one second hand. no point buying a new block.
I'd also sell the card and get a new model which runs quieter and cooler with better performance.
