They just suspended out account because we behind in payments but September is payed up and they set the next months bill trough today and now it says we behind in payment. WTF!!!!! And do you think we can get the bliksem at the callcenter, going on a hour waiting time atm!!!!! Also this happens about every 3de month now.

Post your details in their Service Queries section of their forum (http://forum.dstv.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19) - they seem to be somewhat more responsive, during business hours, to these sorts of things there than their call center drones.
