I usually bitch a moan about Rain ...so yesterday their top customer support guy Faiz called me and we discussed my issues over a 20 minute phone call...they called me back after i left a ticket at their support site....magically overnight all my speeds are up and 5g CPE is working like the day they installed it i average 200-250 Mbps and my other complaint upload speed was fixed...Rain can fix things when there on the right program amazing how when things just work there are no complaints.

Sooooo much suspect in this post I cannot even pretend to believe this is possible.
1) RAIN support has never responded to a single logged call. Ever. Hanging out in live chat for an hour+ is the only way I have ever gotten a response. Ever. They do not answer the helpline. They do not respond to tickets logged via mail. (6 months and counting so I'm pretty sure I have their customer service down pat by now).
2) RAIN is incapable of fixing their poor service regardless of promises. They simply ignore it until it "clears" on its own. Even with full tower connectivity, and multiple towers available, my service spends 50-70*% of every day impeded. For 6 months. Following multiple calls logged.

The only other option is Telskum and I'd sooner use snail-mail.
