WTH is going on with Rain

I usually bitch a moan about Rain ...so yesterday their top customer support guy Faiz called me and we discussed my issues over a 20 minute phone call...they called me back after i left a ticket at their support site....magically overnight all my speeds are up and 5g CPE is working like the day they installed it i average 200-250 Mbps and my other complaint upload speed was fixed...Rain can fix things when there on the right program amazing how when things just work there are no complaints.:):thumbsup:

Sooooo much suspect in this post I cannot even pretend to believe this is possible.

1) RAIN support has never responded to a single logged call. Ever. Hanging out in live chat for an hour+ is the only way I have ever gotten a response. Ever. They do not answer the helpline. They do not respond to tickets logged via mail. (6 months and counting so I'm pretty sure I have their customer service down pat by now).
2) RAIN is incapable of fixing their poor service regardless of promises. They simply ignore it until it "clears" on its own. Even with full tower connectivity, and multiple towers available, my service spends 50-70*% of every day impeded. For 6 months. Following multiple calls logged.

For the RAIN fanbois:

No. There is no fibre in my area.
No. There is no ADSL.
The only other option is Telskum and I'd sooner use snail-mail.

Nope ive definately seen/had an Improvement !!

I have also had non stop issues with the 5G from when i got it. When it works its great but its down more than anything. Yesterday speeds are just over 100 today its 3.

If government could allow permanent usage of the spectrum for everyone to offer 5G it would be much better even if other providers are more expensive than rain but more stable. It would come down to you get what you pay for. Imho

I also for some reason had issue today been having the time of my life the past month running nothing less than 220Mbps and so today it just went dead like no 5G i gave it an hour then got a ticket and they mailed me and everything and the first response i get from the lady is oh you are not in the 5G coverage so that is why it wont work so i asked her how have i been able to be connected for the past 2 months with out issue here response and i quote i activated it at a different address (which i did at my work) none the less so she said yes it was registered to the tower at my office 35km away from my house and now i lost signal now i am no expert but i am pretty sure my router was not connecting to my work tower and none the less she is refusing to assist me because i am out of the coverage area.
