At least 95% of the members here would urge you to stay as far away from any WISP you see in SA.

Then you can provide the parties concerned with links showing some of the experiences people have had! (Good and Bad)

They have no coverage in CT afaik (TFFT) but if your looking for a wisp, take a stone, throw it. 80% chance you hit a wisp owner in CT. Make sure its a sharp/big stone.
