Upload Speed: 1141 kbps (142.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 30 ms
Jitter: 1 ms

Should work for gaming

Upload is your biggest issue in this country...and probably NO with those figures.

In a perfect world with highly reliable internet sure.

In my experience. Not really. Could be that it tries to force a higher quality.
