XBMC Supersport Addon

For some reason the audio and video on my supersport streaming is out of sync (via OpenELEC 3.0.1 on a Raspberry Pi). Anybody else have this issue, or know how to fix it?

Just delay the audio by pressing enter while watching the stream, then going to audio options and then offsetting the audio stream until it's right.

Ok i got mine installed so where do i get the login details from. I remember the older releases u did not need one.

any advice plz

Hey Bounce, long time no see! Welcome back.

Glad to see your creation is still going on, I even ported it over to Plex using your code :)

Register on www.supersport.com, make sure your smartcard # is attached to the account. Then use that username/password in the addon.

is this THE 'bounce'?
It is indeed him who originally wrote this addon.

Hi. Works great on Windows. How do I get this working on XBMC in Ubuntu?

No... something went wrong with my plugin now I can't watch the IPL game. Is it just me, or is anyone else also having a problem?

EDIT: Working again

Hey guys,
none of the streams come full screen on my TV: is this normal?

On another matter, what would it take to develop a similar plugin on xbmc for the OnDemand service?

Tx

I believe you need to change a video setting in XBMC's settings to output 4:3 to 16:9 or something else iirc. That will stretch it to full screen.

Thank you :-)

How about the other question: anyone heard on turning DSTV OnDemand to xbmc?
The OnDemand streams are DRM'd and XBMC can't decrypt it, possibly never will be able to do that, it's specific to the Microsoft Operating system and windows media player.

I see bounce at one stage made a tuks fm radio addon for xbmc, his link seems to be down, Tinuva, any plans in implementing this?

I found a copy of this addon in one of my backups of my XBMC htpc, from like 2011-11, will have to test if it still works in the latest XBMC though.

Out of interest, it just grabs the streams from this url and make them available in XBMC: http://www.antfarm.co.za/antradio/index.asp

From what I remember, their quality wasn't THAT great. If there is a better quality stream, I can perhaps look at writing one of my own addons to get that out there.

Gents let me apologise beforehand if I am being dumb. I downloaded the plugin from xmbx.org.co.za or something like that, it says plugin enabled on XMBC. But I cannot find it anywhere on the Video plugins. What am I doing wrong.

I am running Openelec, not sure if that makes a difference
