In stark contrast, I actually bought and use a PS3 as my primary BR drive for watching HD movies!
the wii is for old people and little children. its got like what, 5 games? cmon if ur serious about gaming you would have a hot-box with 150 titles at LEAST.

This sounds very fishy. Just a week ago Microsoft announced that it will no longer manufacture HD-DVD drives for its Xbox.
Are they planning to shift to Blu-Ray and is this their way of getting rid of old stock? HD-DVD lost the format war to Blu-Ray.
I would stay clear until there's more clarity from Microsoft

Like buying a TV.. If you gonna buy one rather buy full 1080i HD.
If you gonna buy a console rather buy one that can support full HD i.e. (Blu Ray)
HD content games cant fit on normal DVD drives and HD DVD drives are obsolete.
I just want to see Live in SA. That is all that counts to me. XBox BR, HD-DVD, DVD, No HDD, BIG HDD, Arcade... As long as it's an XBox360 and hooked up to live (not for download, but for gaming) we are sorted. The rest is just a plus.
Its available, just not officially.
@Slappy, just a minor alteration. There are full 1080p Xbox 360 games as well. But like you said it's pointless![]()
