Yip, I can't buy year sub either. How convenient, it will probably work fine from 20 June again.
 
My subscription only expired in October 2016. Can I buy another 12 month subscription before the price increase on June 20th and then only activate it in October 2016 for 12 months, or will it be activated when I buy it? I cannot remember how it worked the last time.
Also, I heard its possible to buy subscription at a discount online. Do you guys know of any websites with discounted XBL?

Anyone know how to make a purchase on budget from the xbox store?
It doesn't give me any options.
 
Its BS that one has to pay to play online to start with. i pay +- R900 for a game, then i have to pay monthly to play my game i purchased online. If thats the case they should just give us all games for free since we are paying monthly.
I'm seriously considering selling my Xbone. Having a R5000 system to play 1 game (Diablo3) + R150 monthly is not worth it.
 
What is happening at Microsoft. First the downgrading of OneDrive storage and now this! And here I thought they were printing money
 
And in other news, seems like evopoints just jacked up their price by R100 overnight. So much for it being "sold out". Despicable...

Out of curiosity how many games do you own and how much did they cost?
 
I'd actually like to know how they are out of stock on digital? Cheapcodes has been out of stock forever, man I miss last year July when it cost me R489 to get live.
Also find it funny that a lot of people are going I'll just jump to Sony, which is also a paid service to play online, it's currently maybe a R100 cheaper but they will increase it too.

I've purchased/received games with gold on Xbox One (X360 owner). If I stop the subscription to Gold do I lose access to those games if I get an xbox one in future and reactivate Gold?

Not that 360 games but yes to the one games.
