This may be a stupid question, but I can't see it anywhere on the forum.

I am using a Local Xbox Live Account but when I play COD I get connected to people in Europe. I really don't mind but now I get 1 maybe 2 bars connectivity and it makes it really hard to be competitive as I had severe lag. Is there anyway that I can only play against local players in South Africa. I poked around the settings but I can't find anything.

try adding some friends and joining the discussion forums on http://www.xbox-360.co.za/forum/ - best way is to fill up your friends list with za players.

xbl always matches you internationally, i normally have two bars as well and have no lag issues on black ops or mw2.

I also rarely have constant lag but I want to play against local gamers, i'm tired of hearing french and german all the time!
