Hi,

Can someone please assist, went through all the trouble shooting and need some help getting this fixed.

cannot seem to join any multiplayer lobbies and join parties, please help.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Cape Town
Modem brand & model number: Mikrotik RB941-2nD
Router brand & model number: As above (modem and router all in one)
Wired or wireless: Wired
Things you have tried: Tried following the multiplayer connection error solution which involved disabling/re-enabling UPnP, enabling DMZ and manually forwarding ports. Nothing there worked.
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Yes - Strict
Any Error Codes you encounter: No error codes. I do get a "Can't get a Teredo IP address" error message though.

ISP cannot help me

Who is your ISP? I had an issue like this and it only came right when changing to a different ISP. I had the issue with Afrihost and Axxess (MTN network), but the problem has since disappeared since I changed to Webafrica. If you can, test with a different ISP.

Edit: You can also try this:

On your Xbox One go: Settings > network > Advanced settings > Alternate mac address > Clear

It will restart the Xbox.

Try open these ports on your router (I know you said you tried it, just make sure all of these are done):

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
UDP Port 3544 (UDP)
UDP Port 4500 (UDP)

Try setting NAT to open.
Otherwise it sounds like a factory reset will sort it out. Apparently it doesnt delete saved games but I dont know enough about xbox to really comment on that.

I am with PC Network, done all the port forwarding and factory resets.

When i plug in my adsl fall over then it works perfectly, cannot game on adsl as it is too laggy.

Get my internet from a wireless AP.
