Xbox One in trouble.

Well to be fair, you are judging those that are bothered by those that are vocal on the internet. Those that aren't concerned don't have an incentive to jump up and down. Silent majority perhaps? Time will have to tell as I can't claim that without evidence, and that will have to come with game sales. Is this perhaps that big an issue for everyone? Perhaps, but I can't speak for everyone... neither can you.

I can't agree with this. Especially because you chose to respond to a topic that does not bother you :)

I'm just voicing an opinion to try balance it out a little. Up until now I haven't cared much about the debate, so I haven't bothered foaming about it. Still don't, so I'll likely slink away into the silent background again, only to purchase a unit when they come on sale and use it without reservation. So go ahead, scream, shout, tell us we don't have a clue and remind everyone how much of a big deal this is. Just because there's a loud shout, doesn't mean it's representative of all or even most of the consumers out there.

This paragraph states otherwise. If it were not an issue, why the need to jump in and discredit the opinions of those who have issue with the decisions made regarding this console?

If it is that big a deal for you though, I hope they do something for you. Just keep in mind a bunch of people out there don't feel as strongly about this as you do.

If it's not a big deal for you, then good for you, but please don't try to put down the opinions of those that do have issue with it.

425 Pounds, expect R6000, MGS V isn't exclusive? 21 Markets, SA one of them??

Xbox One will not release locally this year http://dlvr.it/3VVHTV #LGatE3

Figures, pretty sure our lack of broadband in the greater scale is one of the reasons. Sony(depending on the cost) my end up taking over the local market.
I don't think the outgoing generation are going to be discontinued anytime soon. We still going to have them for a while and these will keep them alive to a certain extent.

Going to pre-order the PS4 tomorrow if Sony even do just a decent job in their conference.

Hopefully it will release in November sometime as well because I want to play it over Christmas :D

And you will most likely get it when it launches, unlike us poor saps...

Sony should be decent with distribution and supply chaining this thing to us on par with the rest of earth, I worry though, pretty sure its rumored the PS4 is more expensive than the ONE, I think we can start speculating a R7-8k price. Bliksem.

That's the plan :D I'll be coming over to SA in December as well so i'll bring it over and make my friends jealous :p

Better bring a private VPN with you, it's going to lock your arse out :) But yea man bring it on.

Well, it's not far off what I paid for my PS3 on launch... But I'll await the expected launch dates and prices before deciding. May just go with the conservative approach and wait out the first refresh cycle.

Oi! We don't want no yobs here... ;)

I think we need to use your services to get us PS4's...

I think I'll also wait for the 1st refresh. MS did say their policies might change over time so hopefully they'll relax them in the future.

Again, you dont know what you are talking about. The Xbox360 was far easier to work with due to its shared memory pool.
And again we will see.

Add to that I can still play my old console games 20 years later, plug in console stick in cartridge and off I go. You think all this "Always on" games from today will still be playable 10 years from now?
If they release a firmware update at the end of its life, otherwise not. But the hackers will be there soon.

In the next 3 days there may be a few surprises.

Man that's a whipping! Game over for Microsoft unless they cut the price and remove the DRM.

EDIT: Corrected stupidness.
