In that case with no Xbox One local servers or any intentions of implementing them by the looks of things that alone should be a very good reason to switch to PS4 instead.
Using the Xbox 360 as a benchmark for future projection in this case is sadly not applicable.
I completely agree with you that Xbox 360 vs PS3 for Multiplayer the Xbox 360 (and Xbox Live) was the far superior option....that however has changed drastically with the Xbox One vs PS4.
Does Sony have a local server for the PS4?
I have configured my XBL account to USA anyway. Don't care much for the local server.
I will sit on the fence and watch. As I did before with the XBox360 and PS3, I will end up buying an XBO and a PS4 at some point. Decide for myself which is best and sell the other. The first console will depend on feedback I pick up from the local community, then a bit later get the other.
