My issue is not the price, but more the availability

I have "decor" controllers but don't wanna play with them, wanna replace the black one I normally use.
I know I can buy at other places but then I have to use cash.

Stop dicking around and just do it properly.

controller prices has gone up and keeps increasing

luckily my series s controllers are over 2 years old

by xbox one controllers the right thumb stick got stuck the other day had to force it to move

anyone know anyone in CPT who can open clean and refurbish them

will save me from using new controllers for the kids and they can use these older ones so tehy can break it properly

Yes it's the only Xbox controller with hall effect ;)

But I prefer the Series 1 because it uses normal batteries instead of built-in, and is a lot cheaper now. So weigh the pros and cons.

Also the at the rate you're going through controllers you're going to spend more, so just do it properly...

WHAT?? This is my 1st time replacing them.

/me googling to confirm hall effect.

Edit: Nope they dont, so no sale.

I bought a replacement stick from XMod for R150......needles to say, the controller is now on the dump somewhere. Let's just say, the wires and stuff inside is very delicate and breaks very easy.
Except for the stick, I swear they use Adamantium to solder that on there, I struggled for long to melt and suck that off. Didn't budge.

Broke the clip below, the wires of the rumble motors rip off and some other clips. Thrown it away and ordered a new one.

In 2 years I'll buy another one and 2 years after that I'll probably get Xbox Series 360 X or whatever they feel like calling it.

Donno, literally buying the el cheapo wired to see if the drivers are any good.
If they any good I'll fork out R3K for the Starfield ones.

Normally use Sennheiser momentum 4's but thats not really made for gaming.

You own 3400 other consoles, just use them for 5 to 7 days until your Xbox Series Controller Carbon in Black arrives

You can open them and clean it, not super difficult
