I get this error: Manifest Parse Invalid at the Top Level of the Document
I've googled and found only this page: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;331881
Except, the problem is, I'm NOT INSTALLING XP, I've already installed XP with SP1, I'm trying to updated FROM SP1 to SP3 and it gives me this bloody error.
WKJ?:beanie is stumped, I can't seem to find anything else, anyone else know why I'm getting this error.
The system is a HP Compaq NX9010 laptop that I've freshly formatted, and reinstalled XP Pro with SP1 and activated.
I've got NOD32 3.0.650.0 installed and fully updated.
Other than that, nothing else is installed.
