So here are mine:

Lu - with that fat layer of chocolate on top.
Jaffa Cakes ( McVities).
Speculaas (DeVries).
Oreos
Iced Zoo
 
Ginger Nuts

Homemade chocolate chip cookies are my favourite though dark chocolate cookies with reeses peanutbutter chips are a close second.
 
I don't like store bought cookies all that much.

Interestingly enough, I have never seen any kind of oats cookies being sold in boxes. I like those but its always homemade.

Looking at 2 boxes of oat biscuits right now, and one of the storebought ones I prefer also has oats. You're not looking in the right places...

I love the ginger nut cookies as well.
 
Prefer homemade, but if I'm buying, atm I like
- Fox's Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- Bahlsen's jaffa cakes
 
At the risk of playing a blutic, current favourite is the M&S Belgian Collection.
But all time favourites will have to be anything in the Maryland range.
 
Any coconut biscuit, home-baked or from the store.
Romany creams (The Original)
Lemon Creams
Ginger Nuts (And no MickeyD - not the those in your pic)
