Looking at 2 boxes of oat biscuits right now, and one of the storebought ones I prefer also has oats. You're not looking in the right places...

I am referring to proper oat bars.

I am sure they may be sold in some watered down version somewhere, but not like I prefer them.

According to http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=261856250, oaties are only 40% oats. I don't think they count as oat biscuits by prevalent opinion.
