Your favorite biscuits ??

Would you guy stop with the oats comments, because everyone knows you cant beat ROYAL CREAMS! *yummy* could down packets of these
 
Not much of a biscuit person although I like the occasional oreo, eat-sum-mor, lemon cream etc.
 
Romany creams
Chockits
Lemon Creams
Zoo biscuits
Finger Biscuits
Tennis biscuits
German Pfefferkuchen (only eaten at Xmas)
Speculaats
Almost homemade ginger, lemon, crunchie biscuits from the Dutch baker in Lanham Street
 
Prefer to make my own almost always but when I gotta craving for store bought (it sometimes happens, what can ya do), it's Eat-Sum-Mor's or Digestives.
 
All time favourite is my Ouma's gemmer koekies (ginger cookies- doesn't sound too flash)

Then I'm a sucker for any cookie with a filling, again my Ouma's coffee biscuits and then romany creams and lemony creams.

At a conference I was at last week (in the USA), the coffee was provided by Seattle coffee shop, so I think the cookies might have been too...

they had white chocolate and macadamia cookies. You think you can eat two but really they're too rich and sweet and big to have more than one. Although you wish you could.

I'm hoping the Seattle's here use the same recipe... I'm on a mission....
