I not so sure about this. Getting married to "the one" and finding out that you're sexually incompatible is going to be a massive issue - sex plays a major part in any marriage, as it should. Sometimes you get lucky, but I wouldn't advocate it.
Same goes with living together, I wouldn't marry someone I've never spent an excessive amount of time with without wanting to suffocate her in her sleep!
Edit: I believe the expression is "chef in the kitchen, a lady in the living room and a whore in the bedroom"
Sounds like dumb reasoning. What does 'sexually incompatible' exactly mean. Did you win the first time you play chess? Did you practice to become better?
Living and sleeping together before marriage is also a sure way of destroying the relationship.

Was in the back of a mates Uno at a soccer party... People came out and complained after they saw us so my mate got back in the car to move it, reversed into a pole and then got blocked in by another car... Was my 1st time and probably one of the most embarresing moments i've ever had! Although i DID feel like the Shiz!

All people have bad habits. All people have annoying/irritating qualities. Ever heard of compromise; or better yet, maturity?
It takes a life-time to learn and understand an other person. At marriage you should at leat hold the same values, ideals, dreams. The rest you learn as you go along.

Plett Rage, some years ago.
Go out have a blast, me and my close mate find two girls, who are more plastered than we are, we are acquaintances but nothing more.
Night ends, we get a cab back to our resort/timeshare/house/complex thingy, and to our surprise the two girls we just met at the club also stay there, so we get a cab back together. we decided to have post-drinks, we went skinny dipping in the pool, security guards heard noise in the pool "no swimming at night" is one of the rules there. anyways we run back with towels around us back to my place, my mate chunders and passes out, so its me and 2 girls. we just talk talk talk and before you know it one of them is completely naked, and the other only has her panties on, did justice to one of the females, the other one just sorta "watched" we then passed out all three of us in a bed and woke up with our "WTF just happened" faces on.
needless to say my mate who chundered out the previous night wasnt too happy the morning after.
PS. also not to say that i regret it, but it kinda sucks that i cant remember it much. :/

I know people who waited till they got married. In the year they've been together they've had sex a handful of times. The marriage is now on the rocks because the wife believes she is failing in her duties. Sorry dude, you couldn't be more wrong.
And how would you know about these same values, ideals and dreams unless you live and sleep with each other before you get married? What if one of you turns out to be a raging sexaholic and the other indifferent towards doing the horizontal mambo? It's a recipe for hate and contempt that will last as long as you (probably short lived) marriage.
If you live together before you get married and part ways then there is far less harm done than a broken marriage.
