I've been with them less than a year, probably since around October or November. I can't recall which fund it is (on my phone now and Chrome is giving me a warning about an unsecure connection). Will check later

in the past six months the value on my investment property has gone up 300k according to the agents that cold call me every so now again

indeed but its a reflection of how buoyant the market is- they effectively have run out of stock to sell, I even received a call from the agent I bought this unit from, ironically he owns two units in this building.
