What he asked ^

To put it bluntly, is it a brothel?

Why would a massage therapist rather pay R48,000 a month rather than paying R15,000 a month? Why would they pay R33,000 more?

You made a killing though, good on you.
Until they realise it is a brothel
That he is operating a business from a residential zone
That moment he realised there is tax to pay...

Guys, really. That is what you and Hamster can contribute? The word Uber?

Guys, I have to apologise to Hamster and the other guys. At that stage when I started this topic, I had no idea what Uber was. I am really sorry for my comments. As it happens, I am now an Uber driver after hours.

Once again, sorry about that misunderstanding.

And how does the income look for an Uber driver?

What are the requirements for being an Uber driver and how safe is it?

How and where does someone get to buy a parking bay?

Property24

I want to buy a few here, but the pricing is ridiculous it will take many many years before I make that money back.

What's the market rate for renting that out? At R2000 per month, it will take 9 years to make a profit.

with no maintenance and no risk, also in 9 years your rent wont be R2000pm and the value won't be R220 000

we see what we want to see, I'm in the market for a bay, and others I know are in the market for bays as well. Unless you understand the market you won't see the value.

edit: people complain they can't afford property, I don't see that as a valid excuse because here is an opportunity to own a property in a prime location, with very little capital outlay relatively speaking

Fair enough. Can you get a bond on it?
