Guys, I have to apologise to Hamster and the other guys. At that stage when I started this topic, I had no idea what Uber was. I am really sorry for my comments. As it happens, I am now an Uber driver after hours.

I want to buy a few here, but the pricing is ridiculous it will take many many years before I make that money back.

with no maintenance and no risk, also in 9 years your rent wont be R2000pm and the value won't be R220 000

we see what we want to see, I'm in the market for a bay, and others I know are in the market for bays as well. Unless you understand the market you won't see the value.

edit: people complain they can't afford property, I don't see that as a valid excuse because here is an opportunity to own a property in a prime location, with very little capital outlay relatively speaking

2K a month?

Here you rent it out for 600 bucks then pool are already hesitant.
