My #@%$# the service from both Temu and FastWay are crap.
FastWay - customs link doesnt work - "live" chat doesn't go beyond the bot, after connecting to agent, they don't respond - calling them - they can't find the order.
Temu support are completely illiterate, once connected to the agent - they keep saying they'll check the status of the order, or tell me to contact the courier directly, flat out ignoring that the courier is unable (or won't) to asssit - then they tell me to contact a completely unrelated courier in Chile. Eventually they responded that they can't help me and disconnected the chat.
Will most likley lodge a credit card dispute if neither get back to me, I'm not spending hours on R500 crap.
