Your temu orders

My kway bags wheels, the rubber disintegrated. Was not impressed. Although a few years old. Did not use that much.
Wheels arrived so we'll see how they fare.

Going to replace my office chair wheels with the rubber ones too. Next order.

Yesterday my sister received her "lost" parcel that was traveling all over the country for weeks now.

Temu informed her earlier in the week that they will be sending a new parcel of the entire order and if she receives the "lost" parcel she can also keep it.

Now she is getting double of everything she ordered.

Also think the best Temu can do is give an estimate of the taxes, as it’s up to SARS.
Amazon do that.

Yes they take a deposit and refund you after clearing customs if it was an overestimate. All very open and transparent.

I doubt it's just that Temu hasn't thought of it.

Only expensive stuff available:

Should work on both. There's a "save" heart icon when you scroll down on the product details. Clicking this adds it to your wishlist

Thanks, found it!

Interestingly now I have a "Wishlist" item in the menu that wasn't there before.

Still no way to transfer items out of the cart to wishlist that I can see.

look at the seller's store. There is a heart and the word Save.

You can also follow a store.

Speaking of stores/sellers, I'm not really getting what they're for. There's almost as many of them as there are products and their stock overlaps.

Do they even exist as separate entities or is it just another weird Temu trick? Creates the illusion of a big competitive eBay marketplace?

I am sure you can google them and find out.

If you put some real effort into google you can learn something like this:

“Registered companies in China At the end of 2022, around 169 million market entities were registered in China, of which 52.8 million were enterprises. The number of corporate enterprises that have their own legal entity reached 32.8 million in 2022.”

I am sure you can google them and find out.

I did give it a go. None that I tried turned up any valid hits besides on Temu itself.

That doesn't prove they aren't real stalls in a China mall but it's still weird.

Take this guy. https://www.temu.com/za/puluomisi-m-634418211338491.html

Sells only 18 items. 15 are TV remote controls. The other 3 are kitchen scrub brushes.

And someone might want to follow him? Odd.

I've spotted a lot of items lately that have been reviewed by South Africans. Those 5 star scores are all going to take a knock now :D

They are drop-shipping stores. When you order from them, they will order from Temu, then ship it to you at double the price. Only idiots will use them...
