Your temu orders

I too am feeling the FOMO and want to spend money on useless low quality crap.

Cost of living in South Africa can’t be as bad as they say if I have money to buy a 2pac canvas poster for the bathroom, now can it!

It's definitely a bit of a weird site with odd gag-gifty stock and a super hard-sell vibe. They have some niche stuff but it's patchy, at least in my niche. It's a pity the ratings are useless/fake. Some stuff downright expensive when you work out what you're getting. I had some fun guessing what the issues would be then sorting lowest-first to find out - way smaller than pictured, plastic not metal, doesn't stick, snaps at the joint, etc.

Anyway they definitely have stuff that's not available or way overpriced locally so it's great to have them around.

I just hope the free shipping doesn't turn out to be a massively unsustainable loss leader.

Well you know there is a problem if the delivery guy knows what time to be here and have your parcel already signed and scanned when he gets out of the bakkie at 06:30 in the morning :X3: :ROFL:

Very nice afrikaans guy he delivers here every time and is very early which I really like then we get the parcel/s before we leave for work.

120 parcels just for the northern suburbs then he is going back to the warehouse to load some more.

Hope my camera arrived soon so I can assess and buy more. Looks like they may be facing a deluge after payday and that will only slow down the delivery. .

Linking is kinda pointless as they seem to discontinue the items regularly.

Have not heard major pushback complaints in general; pity that reddit/r/temu has been banned due to spam, as reddit makes a decent filter to judge, with the heavy US based experiences.

Oh bother! Was hoping to get some items in so I could assess and decide to order more of the same before the payday orders. Now I am not sure if it will be in before the long weekend.
