You clicked the link? It clearly states it is a 3-pair item. I did ask for a refund, but the bottom line is all the effort and trouble, waiting time etc. just to get the wrong item puts me off.
You spent R39 on an item that was delivered to your door but was falsely titled as 3. You will get a refund. It was free delivery so what is the big deal?
You broke 3 rules
- don't buy clothing from Chinese shops.
- You bought a clothing with one size only. That logic says that Eben Etzebeth has the same arm size as a a Chinese mode? Zero chance.
- Don't buy an item that has few reviews and in your case, never been reviewed.
Other tips
- Search for the same item title. You will most often find multiple listings for the same item. This allows you to select the cheapest option
- Look at the dimensions of items and use those listed dimension with a tape measure at home so you can get an idea what the size is. Photos used are often misleading
- Calculate the custom duties for the type of item. Certain items like clothing has very high custom duties so don't buy it
- Read reviews and try find ones with photos to see the read indication
- Ask for refund if it is falsely advertised. Deliver is free and refund goes back to your credit card, even a virtual one.
- look at top sellers in each category or sort by top sellers. Then you know the supply of that item is streamlined. if something has less that 100 reviews I am sceptical.
- not all items are cheap. Larger or heavy items like large suitcases or bedding can be expensive due to having to be loaded on a plane.
- you can often search for the same item on Amazon and find it, or do an image search because the title is too generic. You will find it on other sites like Amazon where reviews are way better quality
