Hehehe, I suppose the secret is out now I switched over to my TI capped account, made sure that I am logged onto local on TI tracker, and I can reach all int'l sites I tried, including Youtube

It may be as a result of the Sat3 cable breaking. Because it's a Telkom error there's no way we will be billed. Pity it's so slow though

Im on IS local only account. Browsing the youtube site is extremely slow. The pages barely load. However when you manage to get to a video, it streams perfectly. Even manage to play videos which are 720p. Its been like this for a few days now.

IS local sometimes lets through some international. It's never fast for me. So maybe you're using that to connect then the videos are streaming from a local server as suggested by the tracerts in this thread.

Normally happens on IS local accounts at the beginning of the month. Just reconnect and you'll be back to capped

Normally a video has to be watched a few times by a south african ip then it gets cached here

The actual backend of the site still loads off international, but the videos (not all) run perfectly with my axxess local.
