Sure thing - it will be super painful - have not done NF, weekly, Crota etc - still need some raid-gear (and all of it times 3).
I finally finished the nightfalls with each character late last night... while it's fun, getting one shot by ScorchCannonHappyTaniks got frustrating!
I've yet to get round to raiding this reset as well
Crota is nice and fast though! VOG is a little longer and requires active participants

My difficulty level just increased since I have no Telkom line. Managed to do PoE Lvl32 on my Titan with only 1 death via a 3G Mifi/Wifi connection. RNGJesus all the way so far.

Haha I know that feeling all too well. Destiny hasn't been giving grief luckily on 3g!
Trying to get back into this since last I played was before first DLC drop. Been playing all weekend and up to lvl 27 with legendary weapons now. Looking for people to do the daily/weekly and nightfall strikes. If anyone is keen, please gooi me a friend invite, I'm not too big into PvP and Crucible. PSN same as forum nick.

Which expansions do you currently have?
I see you have managed to run the level 26 and level 30 Weekly Heroics this reset, how many Strange Coins do you have?
I bought the Collectors Edition on release, which includes season pass. So I'm assuming I'll have The Taken King as well when it drops.
The season pass only included the first 2 expansions (The Dark Below and House of Wolves)
Bungie are also being somewhat stubborn about making players re-purchase content;

I will wait for the Weekly Update post before considering whether or not I will buy The Taken King...
I'm glad to read you've got both expansions, leveling up is easier with HoW!
If you get up to Rank 2 of Vanguard and collect about 200 (120 for the helm, 65 for gloves, 65 for chest) Vanguard marks, you can hit Light level 32
If you're on PS4 and can get up to 29, I can definitely help you through the Nightfalls!

Wanted to ask, why when I go in the roster I see no fiends (obviously), but I see no public games also, lists is empty... Bug? Or no one playing? I only have the base game, no expansions...

When you look at the roster, are you in an activity (Patrol/Story Mission/Tower) or are you in idling in Orbit?

Is that on PS4? The roster will show only friends who played Destiny after you got the game. I think if you are still on a low-level, matchmaking is also out of the question.

Hey guys,
After playing a bit I figured it out... As someone on another thread also mentioned going to the roster will only show the people in your instance (game session), I read that because there is so many people playing the game adds you to a group of players (I think 20 or so) as you enter a new map, not sure how they decide on the grouping but I think location and level plays a roll...
I have realized that 'friends' play a big roll in destiny, because there is no in-game recruiting you have to do it via third party apps like Facebook to form groups or destinylfg.net for fireteams and events recruiting... Would have loved a in-game recruiting system like WarFrame, but I presume I'm not the only one
Also the mic thing is a bit different, first game I had to use a mic to communicate to players... I play games to not talk to people and now I have to talk to people while playing, different... but I'll live...
Anyway, talk to you in the game

I use destinylfg and never have a problem recruiting. Eventually over time you will have enough friends and will get invites. Another great feature is the PS4 group chat. I think the toughest part in LFG is ToO - never been able to match up there.

So worth it, but I would then order "The Taken King" - this gives you the base game, all DLC's and the September DLC - I think if you order TTK now, you get the base-game & DLCs now already and then access to the September DLC.

Join the facebook group listed in heydra's post, there is a pinned post of players on every platform, invite those guys and add your own name to the list.
