Yep, that's my favourite central midfielder. He is still young and most people do not fully recognise his contributions yet. For one to be the 1st choice midfielder in talent packed teams like Spain and Barca says a lot about the young man.

On the topic of my fave footballers (that I have had the pleasure of watching) are...

Maldini, Desailly, Costacurta. If we're talking pure skill - Ronaldinho, Baggio and Zola.

Its only logical that an inter fan would follow and like players who play in his league more then other players.

If you want to name players from other league's. I have always like figo,redondo and xavi.

Epl I have always liked gerrard,roy keane and viera.

lol..the dude deserved it...he called zidane's mum/ sister a whore or sumthing like that....


Getting back to the thread...

zidane was great coz he played for the best teams and won alot of trophies....

Alot of talent do go wasted at the highest level, when you have brilliant players playing in k@k teams.....
