At least Helen can multi task.
Works well under pressure. And I do believe the people that voted her into the position are confident of her capabilities.
Members of our current regime like Dr Ivy our Minister of "Communications" seems incapable of actually picking up a phone to delegate someone in her department to hand over that report already. Here's the report that Ivy holds back.
Dene Smuts nor Helen Zille would operate in this fashion, yet people vote for the ruling party and on top of that Dr Ivy will get thanked and paid for stuffing up Telecommunications in our country for years to come.
That is the sad reality that distorts the difference between a person like Helen and some members of other parties.
In actual fact I reckon Helen could handle the Cape Town Mayorship, Run the DA and do The job of Minister of Posts and Telecommunications with one hand tied behind her back.
It would be a challenge, but I am sure she will be able to do all with flying colours.

BTTB, one thing is for sure - she would be able to do the work ACTUALLY done by 95% of the ANC MPs while drinking her morning tea.

Just heard Helen on SAFM, she sounds very confident and capable in her positions. Best to her, especially since I live in CT.
I think in the run-up to these party elections, they said that she would continue as Mayor of CT and they would appoint someone to Parliament. I wonder who they will pick?

Zille is the only person besides Tony Leon that I know in the DA. I am happy for her. Not much of a political follower even though I get an e-mail weekly from DA, I don't know how I got to recieve that news letter, never read it ever.
