Zinio download stuck

Hello all,

Could regular Zinio users maybe make suggestions about how to force a download?

Opened a new issue for the first time - download bar jumped straight to 33% and stayed there. Nothing to show - just black pages with the book icon dead centre.

I've edited and deleted it.
I've restored it.
I've hard-reset.

Nada. When it open it again - does exactly the same thing.

Thoughts?

Fwiw - contacted Zinio, who confirmed that the problem was their side. Phew.
