zoink.it - Just MWEB / Everyone / Me?

'ello folks. So, I've recently set up my torrent box again. Basically, if I get a feed from here, and plug it into uTorrent, it spits out a .torrent file from zoink.it. However, uTorrent is only showing RSS status, and the download link cannot resolve.

Is anyone able to download this link (Caution: .torrent contained within)?

Also, there is a routing issue with zoink.it. If your provider uses Cogent for peering you might have issues accessing torrent links (plain: links won't work). This is your ISP's fault, not ours, not EZTV's. There is a fix for that: go to your settings page, global settings tab and switch the link option to the last option. This way you'll get the alternate link whenever possible (but please, revert it back to the first option as soon as you see zoink.it works again for you).

I've resolved the issue using the fix suggested, but i'd still like to know why I needed a fix in the first place? Is it a problem with Cogento? How does one go about telling them they have a problem? It it my ISP's problem?

And, seeing as MWEB is my ISP, could someone there please give me some feedback? *And if there is anyone who can give me a straight answer as to whether zoink.it is *really* down, that would be great.
