Breaking news on news24 is that Zuma has reshuffled the cabinet.

So far;

Richard Baloyi appointed as Minister of Cooperative Governance & Traditional Affairs;

I swear that's all he's done since becoming president. If you rearrange lumps of turd, they're still lumps of turd.

The question is will they walk away with full benefits or be held to account.....

I'm going with walk away with full benefits +++

Lol, +1. I have never understood how a minister of Culture all of a sudden has the experience/ skills to be minister of education......

So we have one police chief suspended, another appealing his conviction - and we wonder why we have such a high crime rate ?

Don't forget a chief justice who hears Teh Voices. :D

You can change the frame but the picture remains the same. Corruption and incompetence are the order of the day.

He will probably still get his full salary for next few years as well :)

correct:

"I have also decided to suspend the National Commissioner from duty with immediate effect, pending the outcome of the inquiry, in terms of section 8 (3) (a) read with Section 9 (1) of the South African Police Service Act. He will, during the period of suspension, be entitled to his full salary, allowances, privileges and benefits, in terms of Section 8(3)(b) of the Act," said Zuma.

:cry:

We are whining because the millions these people stole or misused will never be recovered nor will they face any consequences.
