Zuma Speaks

if i try to show how he is singing "my machine" in a different contect will you even consider that he is not inciting violence?
yeah I would! in fact I wouldn't mind if someone has the entire translation of the song so we could put it into better perspective.... Honestly between me and you JZ is a lot of things but a war munger he is not (well at least I hope not).:D

The only reason I think he is singing it is to remind ppl that he went through the struggle with them and it gives him grassroots presence. Wait till he is hobnobbing around in a few years and he forgets about the ppl that got him into the position he is in, there will be someone just like him or T-bone moving up the ranks.

Well as long as ivy is gone and hrmm maybe trevor manuel as DoC minister :P hahaha :D

Well, maybe Jacob Zuma has some charisma and leadership and a drive to actually get things done - like tackling crime, poverty and unemployment - qualities fatally lacking in the ineffectual Mr Mbeki and his ministerial harem.

Jacob Zuma has worked hard for victory against huge (largely self-inflicted) obstacles and hugely negative media coverage. Thabo Mbeki never had to work that hard, he got the ANC presidency handed to him on a golden platter.

But the hardest battle for Jacob Zuma lies ahead.

Who needs TV soapies?

Do you know what I think ... like Gunny said, he's a puppet. I think Tokyo Sexwale is pulling the strings in the background. Zuma is only the testosterone filled face of the government while Sexwale is the actual brains and policy maker. ;)

That's why Sexwale pulled out so quickly and gave his support to Zuma. Because he knew that Zuma is his bitch and would do as he's told.

Good point, Picard. You could be right there.
