Zuma will face justice: DA

The DA says that the NPA's decision to appeal the High Court ruling in the Spy Tapes saga is simply delaying the inevitable - that President Zuma will have his day in court.

dont agree, he manage to run away from a concourt ruling, I do think he can run away from whatever he wants......

And how many years again now before this appeal is heard? Justice delayed is justice denied. It's starting to look like Zuma is untouchable, and I also have my doubts that this will ever see court.

You could argue that when this does eventually lead to trial, Zuma won't be president anymore, so his conviction could be even more likely.

I wonder if one can request an urgent interdict by the high court due to it being used as a delaying tactic as it's already been delayed over 8 years.
