Call Termination Regulations (interconnect regulations) here on Friday

The CTRs reduced and did zip to my cellphone bills...
 
Lets see ... how will ICASA apply another "LOCAL BANDWIDTH USAGE SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO THE CAP" bungle to Call Termination regulations?

Something like:
Operators SHALL ONLY charge interconnect on these stipulated rates except where the interconnecting Operator has passed a previously negotiated limit.

I am waiting in anticipation.
 
The final figures will show whether ICASA is truly independent or not... Judgement is set for Friday...

Tell me when Interconnection rates are 10c per minute.

Most african countries will have no Termination rates by 2015. Its already been laid down.

We will be the worst in Africa even Zimbabwe will be in the top 10

Read this post in 2015 if its still available.
