Starting my account on 1 April, will be posting feedback from day 1:D

You guys got back to me and so far your service levels (fair enough it has only been a few hours) puts the others to shame.
 
I've been with WA for over 5 years and their service ( and latencies ) has always been excellent, far better than my other 2 ISP accounts.
 
yeah the uncapped product should be same(service and speeds) as current should way more data to use.
 
I officially start today, had to login to my client area to get the details for my ADSL Router. I wasn't too happy about this, as no one had informed me.
 
Haven't started it yet, going to test it when I am at home tonight!
 
I don't believe it, I just logged into using the account. High latency, websites not loading, can't stream a simple 240p video. I need this for my business I am starting up. I phoned up to cancel it straight away as this account is unusable.

did you try pm webafrica rep , he should be able to help you out, account just started today maybe there still problems with it.

Hi Linoman, I will have this investigated asap. This is certainly not how the product should be performing. The experience should be first-class and nothing less.
 
Try openweb bud. if that shyte fails your line or exchange is in a mess.

When mweb first launched uncapped i experienced very similar things, high latency and it turned out to an overload on my exchange. I stopped online gaming because nothing worked and any account i used suffered the same problem. With you though i am sure you have ruled that out though.
