I have had my ADSL for a few months now and never had any problems.
About a week ago I started to get lag spikes in game (WoW) anywhere from 400ms to 3k ms, but only from 20:00 until around 21:30-22:00.
Later in the night, it goes back to normal as if nothing happened.
I have checked my authentication on WA's site and its just my line that is connecting.
I have checked my router and the only addresses assigned to any devices are my pc and my laptop.
I have contacted WA and they told me my exchange is peaking during these times.
At this stage I am running loads of tests on Pingtest and Speedtest and these are my results:

I have a Fault report logged with Telkom and they have done something today (phoned me etc) but still tonight I got this.
I have also seen that my exchange (Elardus Park) was recently enabled to accept 10Mb/s connections.
My line stats are as follow:
Upstream 512 kbps
Downstream 4096 kbps
SNR Margin (Upstream) 13.0 db
SNR Margin (Downstream) 16.0 db
Line Attenuation (Upstream) 17.0 db
Line Attenuation (Downstream) 32.5 db
Now my question is this:
What can the freaking problem be?
Is it that the exchange is being overloaded or is it something wrong with my line?
What can I do to assist Telkom to resolve this as fast as possible since this is busy screwing with my guild's raiding setups.
