That's pretty amazing pricing and OOB is not bad considering the IB price.
 
And it has awesome out of bundle price(for mobile)

How come isn't there a package like this for DSL users at the same price?

I thought Telkom said onlt 5% of their user base uses more than 9 gigs and that 3gigs is enough for most people?

You should read the article. The extra 10gig is international but only for use after midnight.
