Cheapest hosting option available

I have a website for a NPO I want to host and want the hosting to be as cheap as possible.

Anyone out there with a link or two to some reliable hosting on the cheap?

The only special features of the site will be form mail, so nothing fancy needed.

Honestly the best I have seen so far... serv.co.za

I use them.. R30 for 1GB disk space and 12500MB data transfer. Been using them for over a year and am very impressed.
