Vodacom plans to launch an app store

we shall see when the numbers come in. nothing stops VC to splat a nice big App Store button on their default landing page to drive traffic away from the normal app stores. PLUS... its only local apps... which is nice.
 
Most apps are free on Android Market and Nokia OVI, so Vodacom take heed.
 
With "low pricing" being "high pricing's" ugly sister... Vodacom's definitely not interested in her!

Vodacom why do you prey on the weak?
 
Could be interesting to see what Vodacom has to offer that Android does not.
 
They should make a cheap flatrate fee that we pay to download the apps which are free that go towards the devs. IMO charging data for a FREE app doesn't really make it free. It in a way exploits the devs because Vodacom is getting the profits from the data charges unless i am completely off here :/
