I just got an sms saying "Vodacom Balance Notification. For your information. Mobile phone 072******* Balance has now been exceeded. Line is softblocked".
Now how can they do that is I didn't even exceed any balances? I logged into my account on the vodacom webpage and my airtime is R192.60. and my data is 32MB left.
I almost never use my phone so there is no way of going over any limits.
Does anyone know how I can get it unblocked, because it is clearly their fault, because my brothers phone and my mothers phone is also blocked because its linked to her vodacom contract and we never use our phones.
Any help would be appreciated.
